The Center for Culinary Excellence reached their 5th anniversary on campus - which means if you haven't seen their space, you should probably do so! Our very own young leader and Assistant Pastry Chef, Kala Napier, and Sinai Vespie, Executive Pastry Chef, will educate us on all things culinary from their bakery, to the department's protein shop and Grab and Go assembly and packaging.
